Jury process M&A Awards

  • The nomination process for the annual M&A Awards starts in June and ends on the 30th of September.

  • The review period is 1st of October of last year – 30th of September of the current year.

  • M&A, private equity and venture capital professionals can submit deals. One person/company can submit various deals in the same and/or different categories. A priori, deals that are not nominated will not be considered.

  • The organization collects all submissions and, together with its Knowledge Partner Vlerick Business School, verifies it the submissions meet the criteria as defined in the Regulations. The organization composes dossiers for the jury.

  • The jury meets in October to select the nominees.

  • The nominees are announced at the end of October on the website and via a press release. The organization personally informs the nominees and invites them to the gala evening.

  • The winners are announced during the gala evening at the end of November.
