Join us in celebrating the best deals

On 25 November, we will finally get together again. After last press conference we would like to inform you about the tightened measures that will allow us to celebrate the M&A Awards while keeping you as safe as possible.

To avoid queues at the door, we have reserved a 10 minute entry time-slot for your guests in which we will welcome them at the door. Upon arrival, all guests will be asked to show their E-Ticket, Covid Safe Ticket and valid identification. This year there will be no stand-up reception and your guests will be directly seated at the table for a festive sit-down dinner.

During the M&A Awards you are required to wear a face mask while moving through the venue. It is permitted to remove your mask while seated.

In order to limit the amount of people and the movement through the venue, we have cancelled our traditional M&A after party. Instead we offer seated after-dinner drinks and entertainment for the dinner guests.

On the 25th of November we celebrate the five best deals of the period October 2020 – September 2021. Strategic transactions that will succeed the winners of the 2020 edition. As a warming-up, re-watch the M&A Sofa Sessions, in which economist Peter De Keyzer interviewed the CEOs of the winning companies 2020.

About the M&A Awards: the M&A Awards is the annual landmark event for professionals working in M&A, corporate finance and private equity. The M&A Awards gather senior dealmakers from across the country at a black-tie gala dinner. Over 400 rainmakers come together to celebrate the best deals and dealmakers.

    About the process

    You, the M&A community, can nominate deals for the M&A Awards. Out of these nominations and the general overview of transactions of the past period, an experienced panel of judges chooses 5 winners in accordance with the criteria defined in the regulations. Read more about the process here.
